At GreenRemedi, we are committed to delivering high-quality herbal and wellness products that meet your expectations. Each order is carefully checked, packed with care, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we offer the following refund and replacement policy.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
1. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product that does not match your order details (such as product type, variant, or quantity), we sincerely apologise.
Please email us at support@greenremedi.in with your order number and a clear photo of the product received.
Once verified, we will arrange a free return pickup and send you the correct product at no extra cost.
Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product seal is broken, used, or altered in any way.
2. Damaged Product Upon Delivery
We pack all orders securely, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.
Please share a clear photo of the damaged product along with an unboxing video and your order number.
After verification, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Missing Items in Your Order
If your order contains multiple items and any are missing, they may have been shipped separately. If the missing items are not received in the final delivery:
Contact us with your order number.
We will promptly investigate and ship the missing item(s), usually within 1–2 business days.
Important Notes
Timely Reporting: Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a quick resolution.
Replacement Timeline: Replacements are typically delivered within 4–6 business days after verification.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, as well as customised/personalised herbal blends, are non-returnable except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
Refund Process
For Incorrect or Damaged Products: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Missing Items: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the value of the missing product.
