1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team inspects, packs, and prepares your products for safe delivery.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We ship using trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders above ₹999; lower-value orders will include a nominal shipping fee.

  • Express shipping (where available) can be selected during checkout for faster delivery at an additional cost.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping—details will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days for metro cities; 6–10 business days for rural or remote areas.

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (where available).

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier performance, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

  • You can track your package via the courier’s tracking portal.

  • If tracking details are not updated within 24–48 hours, or if you face delivery issues, contact us and we will assist immediately.

5. Delivery Issues

  • In case of missing or delayed deliveries, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the matter promptly.
